Hi everybody.  Well, I know I'm in a heap of trouble telling you this, but Mom has new knees.  Yup, she had by-lateral knee replacement surgery on February 28th,

She is fine, will be in physical therapy for another month or two but she fine, has even been called "super star".  She is funny, when asked why both at the same time she just shrugs and explains they both were in very bad shape and why just not get it over and done all at once.  She even goes as far as to say "it was a walk in the park".  Okay, but let's give all the credit and thanks to her amazing surgeon and his PA.  At her two week post-op visit they didn't recognize her walking to x-ray, no limping, walking stiff legged, just using the dreaded walker that was strongly recommended.

We're Back...

It's Funny Friday

Happy March First

Well, it's been a long, very long time since we wrote and it's Mom's fault, she just had writers block, so she says, but you never know.

She started up her orchid collection again, the real kind, and we have 6 at present, they are so pretty and makes you just want to smile.

Needle Felting has slowed down, she only creates when in class, and next weekend is owl class.  We'll post pictures as they become available.

We "think" the winter weather is behind us, we are hoping.  The mornings are still dark but the air is filled with beautiful bird songs when day breaks, sometimes we just stand on the porch and listen.

Two weeks ago a Bluebird came to our feeder, and since then we have three and they visit several times a day.
