A Fun Weekend

Well, M didn't take us to the craft show on Saturday but she told us all about it.  Her angels and lamb ornaments continue to be very popular. And we have some pictures to post.  M had a wonderful show, a fun time (she has been doing this show for maybe 12+ years now) and always enjoys seeing friends and making new ones.

Angels.  Only a few came home.
Snowman necklaces were a big hit with the kids.

Quilled Snowflakes
Little Prudence was adopted but Becca came home and told us all about the show.  M said that next year we can go and see what a craft show is all about.

We wish you a wonderful week, filled with love and sunshine.  Friday we begin making M's Christmas present.

Hugs,
Prudence

  1. It would have been nice to see it in person. Your tables look very interesting. You have been very busy. The bears must not be telling us everything - ha ha! The felt ornaments look very neat and the sheep - too cute! I'm glad to hear you had a good day!

  2. What, no fair for the bears?! Misae, who is with me on my work trip, says 'no fair that there was no fair for the bears' (and to think that all rhymed so well too!) We're very glad it went so well for you though, all the ornaments look fab

me (from work as I haven't anything to do now I've travelled all the way down here!)

  3. Thank you, Ginger, for your wonderful comment & compliment. The bear stories are always one sided. (o:

  5. What beautiful angels. All of your items are so lovely. Did you say that you sold Prudence?

I used to do craft shows when my boys were young. It was always so much fun until a storm came up. Then we would cover up everything as quickly as we could. Sometimes, I felt like I was living the life of a gypsy with all of the travelling. I discovered indoor shows and years later I would have my own flower shop.

I am so glad that you did well. I imagine you have a following of customers.

  6. Oh Miss Pam, sell ME. There isn't enough money in the world to afford me. (o: M says nobody wants a cranky, old lady bear. UGH....what does she know.

Prudence #5 was adopted, she was the last one of me.

Love you, and have a fun day and thank you for M's compliments.

  7. Oooh, so many lovely goodies at the craft fair, glad it went well. I hope little Prudence was adopted by a good family. As for you being a cranky old lady - hmmm, I think matriarch of the hug is much more appropriate for your status!

Hugs from Nicki and Little Ted, xx

  8. Miss Nicki,

M says "thank you." MATRIARCH, really? Me? Wow - now I like this. Going to explain this to the hug and make sure they "listen up" and know that I reign. Thank you, Miss Nicki.

    Prudence the Matriarch

(M - good grief, there will be no living with that crazy bear now.)

  9. Dot: Ahh... merchandising... selling... money... all very important. I tell H this all the time, but does she listen? No.

Dash: What's a craft fair? I want to go to a craft fair...

Dot: Now, now Dash, you might accidentally find yourself there with a price tag attached. You *MIGHT* accidentally find yourself sold off to the highest bidder.

Dash: Yay! ... wait... what's that mean?

  10. Good grief, Dot, don't tell Dash that.

Dash, that isn't the way it happens. A craft fair is a place where your M sells pretty things that she makes. It's very much different than a teddy bear fair. THERE you need to be on your paws and make sure you don't get a dreaded "tag" on you.

  14. Hi Miss Cindy,

    Ha, don't be fooled, M doesn't make those things - I DO. (o:

And thank you for the lovely compliment. I will let M think it's for her. But we know differently. She can't find her way out of a paper bag, even with an "exit" sign showing the way.

    Hugs,
    Prudence

  15. Little P was adopted, aww I hope she got a wonderful new home. Those angels are beautiful. It looks like you sold some wonderful things. This is a odd question but would you send me a link when you post for some reason, blogger dashboard does not show when you post. Please ask M pretty please. Hugz K
