It's Funny Friday
Welcome New Friend

Well, now that Thanksgiving is just around the corner it's time to start M's Christmas present.  This year, since this will be Sissy's first Christmas with us, we want to make something with our own little paws.

Sissy came up with the perfect present - a teddy bear - made by the two of us.  This is going to be fun.
Power Source?

Hm, when I watch M using the machine she steps on this thingy and it sews.  How can I sit up on the sewing machine table and push this thingy down?  I know.....Jessie.  "Oh Jessssssie, I want to show you something, here doggy, doggy."
Are you paying attention?

to be continued....

Hugs, have a beary wonderful weekend.
Prudence

P.S.
M wanted me to tell you that Jo-Ann's takes Michaels (craft store) coupons.  M had a 50% off 1 regular priced item and presented it to Jo-Ann's (she wanted to use it on a  Gingher Seam Ripper) the check-out girl wasn't sure, the scoop is - if  Michaels carries the item (they carry Gingher scissors, so it must just be the brand name) you want to buy using their coupon Jo-Ann's will honor it.  So M got the Gingher ($24.99) for $12.50 then Jo-Ann's had a 10% off coupon on your entire order including sale items - it doesn't get any better than that, huh?  So watch for those "other" coupons.  (o:

M's purchases.  Fabric is for a new project, and of course it was on SALE.

A big WELCOME & Thank You to our new follower.  Please visit her wonderful site at

  1. Tell Mom that I LIVE for JoAnn coupons!!!! And I LOVE that they will take a whole heap of coupons including Michaels--whereas Michaels will only take one at a time (sigh...).

Thank you for writing. Oh yes, the more M can save on her "stuff" the more $$$ for peanut butter & honey. (Giggle) Thank you for the info on Michaels - didn't know about the only 1 coupon at a time. Hm....

  5. Hi guys, LT has been crazy busy since she got told she had to go away for a week before the fair, so she's really sorry she hasn't been able to visit before now. She's up silly early to get us all packed up today and then her mum and dad are taking us down to their house on holiday for the week and she'll meet us there. We're really looking forward to meeting their hug :o)

Hope you have a good week

Lots of hugs and sticky, honey covered kisses
