She's In Class

Boy, it is sooo peaceful & quiet here today.  M has her first sewing class with her new machine.  There are 7 total and I guess they learn all about the machine.

Let's see, that black "rope" with the thingy on the end?  Plug that into the wall.  That little black thingy on the side of the machine?  On/off switch.  The chair? That's where you sit to sew on the machine.

And she's going to school for that?  Whoa!  M, I could have taught you about the sewing machine.  Ah....but it's "free", that magic word FREE.  Huh?  But how much did the machine cost?  Hahahahaha, yup, 7 FREE classes. 
This is Darth Vader, the evil sewing machine.
Big deal, Darth can make all these fancy stitches, so what?
I rest my case......actually, I am going upstairs to take a nap, rest my cute, little, bear behind.

Talk to ya on Friday....I am certain there will be a funny story about "sewing class", like maybe M blew up Darth?  Hahahahaha.  I hate that thing, she is paying so much attention to it - it should be all about "me".

    Prudence, are you jealous of Darth Vader? Just think of all of the wonderful things Mom can make for you and Sissy.

    I hope you don't get into trouble while Mom is at classes.

    Hi Miss Pam,

    I'm grumpy right now. She had fun and came home babbling about how wonderful Darth is, and he can do this, and this stitch, the memory - bah humbug - and the worst part is - she brought him home.

    Wait a minute - make something for ME, hm - never thought about that.

    Huh, we know just what you mean, LT has one of them sewit merchines too. She says it makes all our seams close nice and tight, but man that thing looks evil!

    Whoa, that is one scary looking machine - all those fancy-schmancy stitchy patterns look very complicated. Mind you, I haven't used a sewing machine since school, and that wasn't even an electricky one!

    I don't think you need worry about Darth stealing Mom's affections though, after all, he's not very huggable!

    Welllll, yes he is scary looking but I think he is more ugly looking than scary.

    She doesn't care about hugs anymore, it's all about "her stuff" and that doesn't include us. We have "PLANS" for Darth.
