We don't really know Molly's real birth date, she was 8 months old when we adopted her so Mom counted backwards and it should be somewhere in July, so Mom picked 4th of July.  (o:  We came up with this wonderful story that we tell her.
"Molly Brown, you are such a sweet and special puppy that the whole Nation celebrates your birthday."

CELEBRATIONS

Today is a 3 celebration day.  Our Independence Day

and guess who is having a birthday?

Miss Molly Brown is 6 years old.  She is a rescue and we sort of know the month she was born so we decided to make it the 4th of July.  We tell her that she is so special that our nation celebrates her birthday.

Happy Birthday Molly.
