It's Funny Friday

Mom is working on a felt painting for a very special friend.  Tyler a/k/a Scooby Doo who has crossed the Rainbow Bridge a year ago, Mom babysat for he and his brother, Ace, in Tallahassee, FL.

She still has a long way to go, but this one she is doing on her own, no instructor help, and she is pretty pleased with herself.

Scooby's signature was his right pink eye, and we believe she nailed it.  We will certainly post the portrait when it's finished, but for right now we applaud Mom for a beautiful work of art.

It's Funny Friday

Happy Friday Everybeary.

Mom is off to needle felting today and tomorrow, she is learning how to paint with fiber.  We don't know anything about this art form so I will have to wait until next week to explain what she is doing and show you what she is working on.

In the meantime here are the snowman table runners that she has just finished up.   Oops, I'm not suppose to show them yet, my bad. "Next week, fur sure, right Mom?"
