I'm back.....

It's Funny Friday
by Prudence

Hi, Everybeary, I'm back home and enjoying catching up on all the activities up here in our craft room.
Camp was wonderful and we are filled up for Summer 2017, but there will be a new bunk house built so that more new bears can stay, one bunk house for boys, one for girls.  There are future plans for a new "cub house" too but not sure if that will be ready for next summer.  Everybeary had a great time and the little cubs, who cried when their bearents left them on that first day, cried even more when it was time to say goodbye.  It's tough, we see each other once a year, spend several weeks together and then in a flash it's time for our goodbyes.  There are lots of stories, but...what happens at camp - stays at camp.  Giggle.

So, I hear that Vlad did a wonderful job posting, and LuLu & Flora were at their peak at being nasty little bears.  But, honestly, I missed them bunches, and when they saw me walk into the house.....here is what it looked like

  2. Hi Joyce! I just was looking at your blog and I see the lovely desk that Prudence is sitting on. I had that exact same desk growing up. I had it up to a couple years ago when I handed it down to my niece's daughter. She's going into 7th grade this year, wonder if she still has it. I hated parting with it at the time, but she enjoyed it. Wish I had it back now though. Just like my Mom's Singer Pedal sewing machine. My sister-in-law wanted it, so I gave it to her. Now she and my brother moved to Alabama and I didn't see it at her new home when I visited in July. Another one I wish I had back. So I guess what I'm saying is keep things that are sentimental, let someone else worry about getting rid of it someday. :)
