Finally, I am back.....

It's Funny Friday
by Prudence

Yes, it's really me - in the mohair.
It was a busy fall with the publishing of our book, "Three Bears And A Vulture", and then our online craft show, Thanksgiving, Christmas and now...................we are back to normal.  Well, normal for us that is, normal for normal folks - I don't think so.

I have missed writing and now I am refreshed and ready to begin a new year, new writings, maybe a recipe or two.... and of course funny stories about my family.

Mom has a needle felting class coming up - elephants (one of our favorite animals) and she was nervous about how she was going to make hers so she went ahead and made Baby Eleanor.  Oh, she is a wee baby girl, but I must say Mom didn't disappoint - whimsical.  Always whimsical, I think that is the only animal she can create.  But, I have to admit, I smile when I look at Baby Ellie (that's her nickname).  Here, you be the judge.................
So, what do you think?  Whimsical?

Well, that's a wrap for this week.  Mom and Dad are going to see Phantom Of The Opera at the Peace Center in Greenville next week.  Mom has been playing the CD forever, but thankfully she isn't singing.
